Jason Fried, founder and President of 37Signals, famous for developing collaboration tool, Basecamp. 

37 Signal’s other tools include Highrise, Backpack, Ta-da List, Writeboard and Campfire. Along with David Heinemeir Hansson, Fried is the co-author of 'Rework.' He also co-wrote 'Getting Real: The Smarter, Faster, Easier Way to Build a Successful Web Application and is a contributor to 37signals' blog 'Signal vs. Noise. Jason is a valued speaker in fields as disparate as design, entrepreneurship, software and management, regularly being invited to speak on such subjects.
