Jessica Herrin is the CEO and founder of Stella & Dot, a direct-sales jewelry business that allows women all over the country to sell bracelets, necklaces, rings and other accessories to friends and acquaintances. 

Jessica believes that an entrepreneur's most precious resource is time, and she certainly doesn't waste any of it. A graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Jessica co-founded WeddingChannel.com when she was only 24.
