Carlos Wizard Martins is a Brazilian entrepreneur and founder. Carlos graduated from BYU with a degree in computer science. He then worked as a computer systems analyst in Brazil. He soon realized he was earning more by teaching his colleagues English, so he formed Wizard Language Institute. Wizard grew into Grupo Multi which owns and operates language school franchises like Wizard. In December 2013 Pearson purchased Grupo Multi for $720 million. Martins is also the founder of Vale Presente and Akatus, which are Brazilian payment solutions providers. In this presentation Carlos talks about the values we need to guide us as entrepreneurs.
