Today our guest is Paul Ahlstrom, Managing Director and co-founder of Alta Ventures Mexico a venture capital fund focused in Mexico. Mr. Ahlstrom has founded several funds in the US including vSpring Capital, Alta Growth Capital, and Kickstart Seed Fund. Over his career, Mr. Ahlstrom has directly participated in more than 90 venture capital investments. In addition to fund creation and investment experience, Mr. Ahlstrom has direct entrepreneurial and operating experience, having personally founded multiple startups. Prior to founding vSpring Capital in 2000, Paul was founder and CEO of Knowlix Inc., a Knowledge Management IT company.
